When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1:00 PM MST will usually ship that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST will usually ship the next business day.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BACKORDERS: Orders with backordered items will not ship until all items are in-stock. If you have placed an order with backordered items and would like the in-stock portion of the order to ship now, you may email customer service at info@specialopspaintball.com, with subject "RELEASE IN-STOCK PORTION OF ORDER" and include your full order number. An additional shipping charge will be added to your order to cover the shipping of the backordered items.



How much will shipping cost?

To determine the shipping cost for a given order, you must add the products to your cart, and complete the first step of the checkout process.



What is the free shipping promotion?

All orders over $199 will automatically receive an option for free ground shipping (orders under $199, click here to see how you can get free shipping)

Excludes all paintballs.

Excludes backordered items. Items in stock will ship immediately, backordered items will follow via ground shipping. You will be billed later for the shipment of the backordered items.

Offer valid for ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States only (No PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or CODs).



What shipping methods are available?

DHL Ground - to the 48 contiguous United States.

DHL 2nd Day - to the United States.

DHL Next Day - to the United States.

USPS Priority Mail (via DHL at Home) - to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

DHL International Canada - to all areas of Canada (susceptible to additional customs fees).

DHL International - fastest method outside US and Canada (susceptible to additional customs fees).



What products require special handling?

All paintballs will ship via DHL Ground only and will incur an additional handling fee of $10.00.



Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?

No, you may ship to a different address than that listed as the billing address on your bank account. However, the shipping address must be on file with your bank, as a verified shipping address, in order to guarantee delivery of your order.



How do I track my order?

If you enter a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an automated email, when your order leaves our warehouse, containing a tracking number.

You may also track your order online at any time. Login to your account and click "Order status and tracking" under the "Orders" heading.

If you experience problems tracking your order online, you may contact customer service for tracking/status updates.



Can I pick up my order?

Orders placed online are shipped only. However, you may add items to your shopping cart online, print out your cart, and bring it into our retail store located in North Salt Lake, Utah, to purchase your items in-person.
