How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible! Any order that has been processed by our shipping department cannot be modified nor cancelled. Special Ops processes and ships orders very quickly; most orders (for in-stock items) are processed immediately.
If your order status is NOT "In Warehouse" or "Shipped Complete," there is a good chance you may still cancel your order. You may cancel an order by by calling our toll free customer service number. Do NOT email Customer Service to cancel an order, as we will most likely read your email after it is already too late.
