Why we collect personal information

We collect personal information to enroll you in the Brigade and to track sales. The information we require is the absolute minimum necessary. Special Ops Paintball uses your personal information to provide you with superior customer service, and to communicate with you regarding paintball offers. In addition, we use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest announcements, feature updates, special offers, and other information we think you would like to hear about. From time to time, we may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in a market research survey, so that we can gauge client satisfaction and improve our service further.

How we collect personal information

We collect information about you at the time you sign up for the Brigade, and any time you make a purchase.

To save you time and make our web services even easier to use, some areas of the Special Ops Paintball web site allow you to create a "Client ID" using your personal information. The system saves your information and assigns you a unique Special Ops Paintball Client ID. The next time you log into the Brigade you can simply enter your Client ID and password — the system will automatically look up the information it needs.

When we disclose information

Your personal information may be shared with Special Ops Paintball employees. They will protect your personal information in accordance with the Special Ops Paintball Customer Privacy Policy. Special Ops Paintball may, from time to time, provide offers from paintball games and gear providers other than Special Ops Paintball. Special Ops Paintball will not, however, sell your information.

How we protect your personal information

Collecting other personal information

When you browse Special Ops Paintball's web site, you are able to do so anonymously, unless logged into the Brigade or Shopping Cart. Generally, we don't collect personal information when you browse — not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using. When logged into the Brigade, we do keep record of your activity to better help us understand and serve each customer individually.

Like many web sites, the Special Ops Paintball web site uses "cookie" technology. When you first connect to our site, the cookie identifies your browser with a unique, random number. The cookies we use do not reveal any personal information about you, except perhaps your first name so we can welcome you on your next visit.
