  2. In Topic: Whats your favorite Gun?

I cannot tell you my favorite, but I will tell you what I dont like so far. The barret m98b, heavy, expensive and not that accurate for a 4k$ gun, and ammo is 90$/20rds

Colt match target, innaccurate and jammed easily, even after a in depth cleaning session

romanian AK clones(minus RPK clone and PSL) very cheap and inaccurate, even for an AK

S&W Handguns, all were inaccurate and felt funky to shoot

Mossburg 500 Persuader(or whichever one has only th pistol grip), hurts the baby when you shoot 3" or 3.5" rounds

I do like S&W M&P-15 with the adams arms GP conversion though, very very accurate and almost no recoil, not to mention the increased reliability from a gas piston as opposed to a DI gas tube

Springfield M1A. Pur SeCks, what else can be said it is the most hardcore gun ever made

its fair, I have got better deals on UL DM5's before though.

what he said, a f7 is some better but for just a little more you could get a 05 ego or a borg or something
  5. In Topic: Thinking of a new gun

    18 August 2009 - 09:11 PM

borgs are good guns(and I have seen ones on here that had bent frames), but I prefer the way EGO's shoot. I have had several egos, my favorite being my 05 mantis.

From personal experience buying an older high end is a better decision than buying a new low end gun. Sure a g3 is all new and shiny, but it was never designed as that companies top end flagship marker. Where as a dm6 or a EGO6 were designed as DYE and Planet Eclipse top of the line best-of-the -best markers, which means thay were designed for the rigors of extended tourney play and reduced maintenance. Like I said I have had a few egos and I have had fewer ball chops(as in none) in them than in my a5 or in my mag or any other gun. What can I say, I am a huge fan of PE guns!
