I tried this when I was using a false account (the account got banned, it's no secret, don't worry) And it never took off. I'm not concerned with making this popular. Some people aren't cut out for it, but I'm going to post the WOD everyday for anyone who's interested. I'll be doing the workouts everyday. If you are interested in comparing numbers and/or times with me and everyone else then just post a reply of how you did for the work out and I'll do the same.

21 July 2008 - 01:50 PMI live in Atlanta, we're working closer and closer to 100* every day. In this weather I can't run more than 30 minutes before I feel like I have to go hydrate and get out of the heat. I have to run though, this is the worst possible time for me to stop running, so any tips on running and staying hydrated in the heat?

10 July 2008 - 12:16 PMI'm selling a 40 Gig PS3 that works great, no real distinct blemishes, it's got finger prints all over it though..... Of course if that's a problem you probably shouldn't buy a PS3. Games include GTA 4, Rainbow Six Vegas, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Tiger Woods 08, MLB 08 The Show, Madden 08, NCAA 08 March Madness, Oblivion, and Spiderman 3 on Bluray It includes all necessary cords and wires, and 1 wireless remote. I'll ship it in the Sony PS3 box that is pictured below. I'm asking $500 for everything.
(I also have COD 4 but one of my brothers friends stole it while I was out of town, so if I happen to....bump into him, I'll be getting that back too.)
