Posts I've Made
18 April 2010 - 06:23 PMEven though some of these have been done before, I have an Ion I would like to use in an airsoft body mod.
- FN F2000
- Tavor T-21
If I had the money and time I would buy an Ion for each project and do all 4.
I've also considered the idea of using the basic Milsig CQB marker and trying to fit it into an FN F2000 airsoft body so I would have a mag-fed F2000. Maybe even doing the same with the Tavor T-21.
27 February 2009 - 07:51 AMMay be although I never saw any announcement in the forum or the portal page of a change. Hopefully they didn't have a big failure and had to reinstall the software.

26 February 2009 - 11:57 AMSounds like a great opportunity for anyone who can go. I wish Fla wasn't so far from NC. It would be very interesting and fun to be taught some tactics by the Marines.
Have you done this before? Or is this a first time with the Marines joining in.
25 February 2009 - 07:06 PMMy understanding is that Milsig made the markers that Rap4 and Trinity used to sell. They just rebranded them. I think Trinity was just a one time order from Milsig and they don't sell to them anymore. They don't sell to Rap4 any longer either. In fact, Milsig reps in the MilsimEmpire forums have said that Rap4 copied their marker design and is having Rap4 Gen 5's and 6's made in Red China. Milsig markers are made in Taiwan. Milsig is now distributing their markers themselves in North America now with their own branding. If you want the latest designs and upgrades they've made to their mag-fed design you will have to buy a Milsig. Trinity's are an older design and Rap4's copied an older design and isn't all that from what I've read.
There are several reviews and comparisons as well as a MILSIG rep and section in the milsimempire.com forums that has explained their history with these markers and Rap4 and other rebranders.
Hope that helps. I plan on getting a Milsig when I can afford one. I'm digging the thought of playing mag-fed and maybe even with air-in-stock so their is no remote and no hopper.
