Posts I've Made
07 August 2008 - 03:51 AMI used to have a m4 magwell from lapco together with my mp5sd shroud. Looked great, and handled even better.. But it needed a few modifications to the magwell.. But not more than it could be donne in 15 min..
10 July 2008 - 03:59 PMThanks for the replies.. I have pretty much decided to get a qev and the Hollowpoint bolt from deadlywind. I thought about the Firebolt, but a lot of people says it is prone to breaking..
Maybe I will get a trigger later.. I will see how the stock one fits me..
08 April 2008 - 01:40 PMMost aftermarked stocks do not have a buffer to absorb the rear bolt(hammer?) when when it slams back against it. So you have to make sure you have a large o-ring inbetween there.
I had the same problem after I installed my folding stock. After I inserted an o-ring I have never broken a pushpin.
02 April 2008 - 02:36 AMI have made several foregrips for my A5 over the time.. All of them is made with hand tools in the livingroom
Here are some pics to give you an idea.. I also made a copy of the A5A2 foregrip in wood.. But that required more tools..
02 April 2008 - 02:28 AMI used a pair of those skins for a while, but took it off again..
1. If you are playing in humid/rainy weather you are litteraly blind after 1 minute..
2. As said above, A pain in the rear to clean.. You need a lot of water to clean them.
3. After sunset they tend to get too dark to use..
A camo net, or mosquito net wrapped around the head will do the same and can be removed if needed..
