15 March 2011 - 01:45 PMOnce again the forces of Germany are positioned to invade Poland on April 9-10th at Bailey's Battlefield. www.panzerattack.com
Join me as I lead the German Army once again into battle and watch Warsaw burn as we pick the skulls from the treads of our Panzers.
Post up here if you are attending and get ready for the best paintball you can buy for $65. That includes entry, air and a case of paint.
11 March 2009 - 10:23 AMThe German Army at Oklahoma D-Day is looking for players with nerves of steel.
As part of an elite force, the 352nd Panzerjager-Abteilung, it will be your job to stop the Allied tanks, planes, command cars, heavy weapon emplacements and bunkers with your shoulder-fired Anti-tank weapons. These for the Germans are the Panzerschreck and Panzerfaust. Both are shown in the picture below. The German Soldat kneeling is firing the Panzerschreck and the German Soldat lying prone is holding a Panzerfaust.
The Panzerjagers are allowed only 30 of these AT weapons. These are a marker placed inside a ABS or PVC tube made according to the D-Day rules and fire a special fill color paintball. In order to "Kill" the paintball tank you must hit a special target attached to all four sides of the tank. You are allowed 200 AT paintballs.
I can tell you from personal experience that tank killing is one of the most rewarding roles you can play in a scenario game. When your side is pinned down by withering tank fire and you sneak up there as slay the metal beast, your side goes wild. When the tanks role only the AT gunners and their spotters (infantry support and security detail) answer the call to fight. All others bow to the tank. Not the Panzerjagers. We have stood in the gap and stopped the Allied armor. If you have what it takes to do the same, join the 352nd Panzerjagers.
The German Army has also formed the Artillerie Regiment 352 to make a true Heavy Weapons Kompanie. This unit will build and man larger anti-tank and anti-aircraft cannons on the field. Like the PAK 37 seen below:
These weapon systems are made almost to scale and are fitted with a paintball marker that also fires a
special fill color paintball. In order to "Kill" the paintball tank you must hit a special target attached to all four sides of the tank just like the shoulder-fired AT weapons. Best part is you get a gun shield to protect you from enemy fire. These weapons also get 500 AT paintballs for the game.
The Artillerie Regiment also sports an array of different weapons from mortars, to flamethrowers, to grenade launchers. So if you have a sceptre mounted under your marker, this unit has a spot for you.
22 December 2008 - 08:56 AMWhat happened to the Custom Cowboy DIY Hammer thread?
26 November 2008 - 03:36 PMMy Ghetto DT be serving the German Army at Utah Beach. Thanks once again to Custom Cowboy for the DIY guide on Hammers.
06 August 2008 - 10:08 AMOnce again I would like to invite all you hammer owners to join the Germany Army at OK D-Day 2009. We currently have many Hammers in our arsenal and even Swamp Thing's Reaper Quadzilla. We would welcome your creations with open arms and offer you a target rich environment like no other to let your beasts eat. At Utah Beach the 709th (225 players) will face 300+ Allied troops hitting the beach in waves of 100 every 10-15 minutes. Plenty of targets. Just wait for the ramps to drop on the Higgin's boats and spin those cranks. Join in the mayhem.
