3. Specops Stock Class Harness
I placed this order around the same time as Specops started its move, and another topic covered its delayed status as "Processing." However, within the last week or so, the order was cancelled. This wouldn't be troubling if it wasn't myself, or any of my family (who share my account), that cancelled the order. I can only assume it was cancelled, automatically or manually, by Specops itself.
Why was this cancellation made? Is it simply a cleanup of old orders from before the move, and if so, should it just be resubmitted? I'm beginning to get annoyed by these shenanigans.

As I've been able to glean from various posts and announcements, SO's ability to fill custom orders is currently nonexistant for soft goods. This I can understand, but I've received no email or other notification regarding the order's status - it's just been in "Processing" for the past month and a week.
Is there any estimate on when custom orders will start being filled again?
