04 October 2010 - 01:42 PMHey, guys. I'm lookin' to try and get the ASA on my A-5 reversed--yes, I know, don't judge. To do this, I figured I would need the following, but I'd like the smarter peoples' input:
-A5 Universal Inline Mount
-Dovetail Drop Forward
-2x 90 Degree Elbow Fittings
-Seven or Eight Inch Braided Hose
Coincidentally, what's a macroline?
17 August 2010 - 09:53 AMHey, guys. After recently playing some speedball with my Tippmann A5, I realized something. While I was keeping up with Invert Minis and such, it was quite cumbersome and difficult to be playing with a massive A-5. So, recently I've been looking up some new paintball equipment.
My first purchase is going to be a new mask system, which I trust to be Dye i4s. Then, I am looking to grab a Ninja Air 68/4500, and finally, a Dye Rotor in tandem with a new marker.
Now, the marker I'm looking for is basically a 'speedball' marker, i.e. a light, small marker that.. isn't a Tippmann, really. So far I've come down to three choices:
-Spyder Electra '09: Cheap, and it works
-Invert Mini: Have heard a lot about it, small size and better performance is good
-Dangerous Power G3: See above
I've also noted that the DP G4 is coming out soon, but I'm unsure if I would want to grab that, since it would be so-far untested.
So, what does SO think?
06 August 2010 - 02:20 PMI've had an air leak with my A-5 every time I've played the game. However, after calling up Tippmann, getting a new valve and tombstone spring/latch for free with no questions asked, MY MARKER WORKS.
I AM SO HAPPY
30 June 2010 - 10:23 AMWell, I was thinking about paintball one day. Big surprise, right? Specifically about a friend of mine's several-year-old barrel that cause extremely poor accuracy, as panitballs are now smaller than they were, causing the 'ball to rattle around in the barrel. I'd also thought of how paintballs are supposedly getting smaller and smaller over time, now to below the .680 line. Then, it occured to me that Spyder already offered .50 paintballs, and I thought..
Are .50 paintballs not just a gimmick, but are they really just the future of paintball? Are the 'balls going to get smaller and smaller until they reach a .50 caliber, or are they going to go smaller, all the way to airsoft sizes, in a hundred years? Will paintball be around in a hundred years?
What do you guys think?
03 June 2010 - 03:52 PMI was always told Rap4 sucked megapopsicles. However, recent things I've seen on the forum backed by PBReview has said otherwise. Who am I to believe!? Is this an actually good Rap4 product?
