Forgot to mention I am ONLY interested in the original ones. Not the ones Tippmann decided to remake.

thanks for the mod. i just got into pb and got a 98 custom given to me from a friend. ive just got a few questions/\

    1. the jeb weld is just used to seal the whole nothing else?

    2. the gun wont be loose cause of screw cut in process?

    3. jb weld is put on while gun is in 2 parts?

Well if for any chance you're still looking to do this, break the marker into it's two separate halves. Fill the hole with JB Weld and use some cardboard with vaseline on it to shape the sides of the mold. The vaseline will not stick to the JB Weld making it easily removable. For mine I just filled it in with one side only. I put vaseline on the right side of the reciever to make a plug shaped mold.

    Feels good to be back!
