14 June 2010 - 03:51 PMlooks cool.
if u minus the mag and grip it looks like a halo battle rifle
09 April 2010 - 09:25 PMi have a tpx and although it had its problems at first ive come to like it and it has kept me playing in quite a few games where my guns have broken down or run out of air. the magazine price difference from the tiberius guns was a significant influence in my purchase decision but idk if that is an issue for you.
to me the chaser seemslike it would be a bad choice because:
some fields wont let u use non-field paint
they have a shorter range than a tpx or tiberius
no remote line option
as far as the tiberius goes the mag price turned me off and ive heard that the grip is large and awkward to hold
the tpx however is very comfortable and well balanced.
i would advise going to a proshop and holding both a tiberius and tpx to see how they feel, and id advise against the kingman
09 April 2010 - 09:08 PMlooks nice, certainly different from any other halo out there.
i like it how the brown blends with the green, good paintjob
09 April 2010 - 09:06 PMas everyone has said your availability of HPA is a big factor but if you are limited to co2 then i would say either mod the A5 with a super response or sell a couple of your guns and buy the new phenom as it can be used with co2
however if you do go for a phenom in order to use the electric modes you're going to need a remote line to prevent liquid co2 from entering the marker.
having both a super response 98 and a phenom i can tell you they are great guns, but if you have access to HPA then you may want to look into other possibilities
10 February 2010 - 09:07 AMwell i have a phenom and i absolutely love it. i know a lot of people have been saying that they wouldn't get it because tippmann quality has gone downhill but my experience with it has been nothing but positive. the phenom can run on co2, even in electro mode and the cyclone eliminates the need to buy a $100+ hopper and then worry about changing batteries in that. the lacking of breakbeam eyes is also a major advantage in my opinion because you can still keep shooting at max ROF after a break (which has been a rare occurance for me anyway). the phenom is a very good gun despite all of the doubt that has been cast upon it by those who don't own one and i would definitely reccomend that you buy one.
as for the bt-15 i know absolutely nothing about it, from the videos ive seen it looks like a pretty cool gun,and i myself considered buying that instead of the phenom but as a woodsball player the need for compressed air and an electric hopper drove me away from it.
