  1. Camp pendleton players?

Anybody here from the camp pendleton area (as in oceanside, la, san diego, escondido) that plays woodsball or speedball open to taking in another player? Are there clubs in this area with chill people to hang out and play with?

    And just to introduce myself,

I'm Grant, I'm a 20 year old marine, been playing paintball since 99.

Im looking to replace a Ballistic pair of Flak Jackets I have for the Tan Gascan that are ANSI rated. Anybody have any experience with the ANSI Gascans as far as militery/leo wise? Has anybody here dealt with usstandardissue.com before? Are they legit?
  3. New Old Guy to the sport

So I used to play alot of paintball competitvely years ago, had a couple of AGD Tac Ones and X Pros, but after joing the Marines my time for the hobby seemed to dwindle. Now that Im able to get back into it (until the next deployment) Im ready to spend $400-$600. The only problem is Im outta the loop in the marker market.

    Heres a couple of Q's:

Is the Tac One still a good choice for someone who plays both speedball and woodsball? If not is there a new marker out that handles both sides reasonably? Are the electro markers still being sold with ramping? Do most woodsballers use HPA?

    Thanks alot.
