31 July 2008 - 10:26 AMIn your opinion, who makes, or at least sells, the best mech double trigger for a 2K mech cocker? Preferably in chrome, but hey, beggars cant be choosers if it comes to it..
29 July 2008 - 08:00 PMI recently bought a chrome Evil SuperTail for my 2k Autococker. The Cocker is almost stock, with the exception of a new barrel.
Now my back block's bottom is almost totally flush against my new beavertail. There's no offset.
Was this beavertail supposed to be used for a stock Autococker?! Or do I need a new back block?
27 July 2008 - 02:09 PMI was just wondering who was closest to this part of the world. We have plenty of pb fields in South Louisiana, but the majority of them are indoors/speedball. Up here in North Louisiana its a completely different state. Forest, forest and more forest.
So. If any of you want to travel and play, you have an open invitation down here. Plenty of woodsball and scenarios.
25 July 2008 - 08:49 PMSince we here are all "Special Ops", why not have a deeper circle of destruction?
Black Ops. 5 players, all the latest gear (for the event only, loaned by Special Ops). A force of nature. Stealth combined with superior tactics and firepower.
Picked at random from players at Special Ops backed events by the guys at Special Ops? These players (signified with a single black bar on the shoulder) would then be quietly given instructions to assassinate a leader, assault a single bunker, ect. They would be unknown to everyone and not playing for either side.
Rather, they would be playing at the behest of the coordinators and producers of the event, just to throw some havoc into games. Attacking out of the blue, laying waste to everything in their path; blue, red, whatever.
Also, defeating the Black Ops group(!) could garner a side some sort of extra goodies, like a secret objective inside the mission (anything them imagination could think up). This would be literally Special Ops' black ops unit. No one knows if they've been activated except the people at Spec Ops and the field coordinator. They fade in, cry havoc, and then fade out.
One restriction: If you are playing Black Ops, and you're entire team is wiped out, they cannot respawn as Black Ops. They must go back to their original teams, as chosen in the beginning. After the event, Black Ops operatives could be quietly mailed a single black bar (velcro backed) to put on their whatever to show that they were part of this secret brotherhood of ballers. Perhaps a position patch? We have Daggers, Sabres, and Broadswords... How about a Scythe?
Tell me this wouldn't be fun to coordinate and execute.
24 July 2008 - 04:40 PMGood afternoon all.
First hellos all around. Great to be here.
Now the hard stuff. (sorta)
After 20 someodd years of throwing paint, I finally got myself an autococker. Sad, yes I know. But ever since a White Wolf Scenario game with Viper in Southeast Texas (where I got to use Mother's Supercocker) I fell in love.
I managed to get a 2K Cocker, almost totally stock (a Proto 14 barrel is the only upgrade), for 20 bucks at a garage sale I happen to pass.
So here's the question.
If you had a 2K cocker, and you wanted to slap dream parts on it, what would they be, in your opinion?
Thanks for your time.
