15 July 2010 - 05:22 PMHey, guys. I've been searching for a new mask the past few days. My old one has taken quite a few hits to the eyepiece, and I haven't exactly maintained it well at all, and as such I refuse to use it anymore for my own safety. Thus, I've been looking for my dream mask--a low profile, heavily padded mask that will protect my face and allow me to lean in as close to my A5's stock as possible.
I found such a mask: Dye i4's. I tried 'em on a few weeks ago, and I absolutely loved 'em, they were perfect. Alas, they cost a hundred bucks, which I don't have. I've looked around more since then and found some promising samples, but I just wanted to hear good ol' SO's opinions on things.
So, tell me, what's a good choice of mask for a $70 budget?
17 May 2010 - 04:16 PMI dunno if you guys have heard of thsi marker yet. It's called the Goblin--it's a single-shot sidearm that is freakin' small. Just wondered what you guys thought about it.
I think that its' only useful for showing off, really. I mean, I might buy one just to carry to look cool or something (lol), but not for a real game.
14 November 2008 - 11:08 AMI"m looking for an accurate shortie barrel, because it makes the marker easier to control. So far, I've seen the Special Ops C-Series 4", 3" End Game, and I think it was RAP4 6" 'Sniper'. Are any of these worth it? I've heard the C-Series is insanely accurate. Is this true? Are there any other short barrels on the market?
14 October 2008 - 12:41 PMMultiple times when I try and get on here I get an 'IPS Drive Error'. I am able to get on via specialopspaintball.com and following the link, but I cannot get here via forum.specialopspaintball.com.
Is this just me, or is the server messed up?
01 October 2008 - 06:42 PMAlright. My A-5 ain't working. The O-ring above the tombstone and in front of the valve/powertube/thing keeps blowing out from its place and causing a large leak. I was told to put vasaline around the ring and then put it back, I did, and it still leaked. How can we keep it back in--and is that even the problem?
ARGH! And after shooting, I can hear a quiet sound of air leaking from the CO2 tank. Is that equalizing pressure, or is it a problem? Either way, its going in the garage tonight.
