20 August 2008 - 07:26 AMJust start small if you want to start running. If you can start doing more miles, it really helps with endurance, which is important in long games, especially if you're carrying a load of gear. If you're not in shape, just start off with like 1 or 2 slow miles, then increase your speed with 2 miles, and just start working your way up. Starting is the hardest, but it pays off.
20 August 2008 - 07:23 AMPersonally I use a Proto SLG. It's really nice when you have to sling some paint. It's super light, so I can carry quite a load of paint with me. And if you want to talk suppression, 25 bps maxed out, thats some serious firepower.
I have seen some videos on the SLG.
What do you think about it? Have you ever held one before?
19 August 2008 - 09:41 AMI'm pretty sure it uses its own type of feedneck, what I did is just typed, "proto slg clamping feedneck" on google and found what i needed. hope i helped:)
