Topics I've Started

  1. Chainsaws

    26 November 2008 - 09:42 AM

Leatherface, Resident Evil 4, Dawn of the Dead, Gears of War....I think we all know what these have in common.

What I'm wondering, is when did chainsaws first appear in this light? Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the earliest that I can think of offhand, being released in 1974.

Does anyone know of any movies/books/comic books that first used chainsaws as bloody killing machines before Texas Chainsaw Massacre?
  2. Need Costume Assistance

    04 August 2008 - 07:59 AM

So I've decided to be pyramid head for Halloween this year. I know how to make his helmet, but I'm having some trouble with his apron/skirt thing. I would get in a lot of trouble in school if I went in without a shirt on, so I figured like a full body, tan colored apron would do alright.

I have been surfacing around the net to find something, but I am having some trouble. Thus far the closest thing I could find that would work would be something like this:

    http://www.gemplers.com/product/10348/Silv...rotective-Apron

The only problem is, obviously, its not the right color.

Anybody know where I can find something that might work? I'm not asking that you spend hours google searching for a tan work apron. If you happen to know of a site or a product that may be of some assistance then by all means, post.

Here is the sample pic that I'm referencing off:

  3. Who is more evil?

    09 May 2008 - 11:45 AM

Which is more evil? The man who murders murderers, or the man who incarcerates that man?

Cast your vote, and give a reason.

I say the man who incarcerates that man, because he is serving justice blindly. In my mind, thats either very dumb or very evil.
  4. Not .68 caliber.

    29 April 2008 - 12:06 PM

Can someone please show me an example of a paintball marker that is not .68 caliber?

    I'm just curious.

    Thank you,

  5. Foooooooooooood!

My mom just got finished with a fundraiser she hosted today. She had been planning it for weeks, and one of her main concerns was not having enough food. Suffice to say...she had enough.
