  1. In Topic: No longer Supporting Nor Representing Qloader

Kodiak - not that you need it, but I've got your back bro.

I too was with Kodiak, Crimson, Medic, Reaper and the rest of the player-rep group. Although never officially listed as a player-rep, I was the guy who wrote all of the install guides (with the exception of the Spyder install mod), the SS1 owner's manual and the revised qloader manual. Along with that I was also a forum administrator who over the last month to two months saw an increase in complaints about not only the customer service, but the quality of the product. Believe me when Kodiak says the product is not what it used to be, he's not doing it because he has an axe to grind - nor do I. I appreciate all that Steve and Kodiak did for me, and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me. I truly hope that new owners can resolve the manufacturing issues and continue to grow while providing the same quality that was once there when I began using the product back in 2004.

Yes it is true that Steve's position was reduced from CEO to "shipping boy" and as of yesterday - Steve has six weeks left with AIC, I know this because I spoke with him directly.

What some of you may not realize is that it was not just AIC / qloaders reputation on the table when we were representing them, it was ours as well. It was our face you saw on the field when you wanted to talk to someone about the product or how to tweak the product to make it work better. It was our face that was in the pictures next to a player who was awarded a system after a game. It was our face that you saw when you were so mad that you wanted to take the system off you marker and pitch it in the trash. But yet it was us, who have such a love of the game, let you vent your frustrations Ė and then to top it all off Ė it was us that got you up and running. So when you say big deal itís the companies reputation - to you I say no itís my reputation, my word that is on the line before the companies because itís me that you see before you.

Buckfrenzy - Yes the parts are bad, and have been proven to be bad - it is unfortunate.

On a side note to Kodiak, Crimson and Medic - won't you be glad not getting mod alerts anymore though. :dodgy: Keep smiling men, we did what we could, it's out of our hands now.
