Topics I've Started
30 July 2008 - 07:58 PMOk so when I watch the news and see how are troops are armed in Iraq and Afghanistan it makes me cringe sometimes. Now ive saw some pretty decked out guns and weaponry but I think maybe we could do even better. I mean ive still saw solders still armed with regular M16s without even a holographic site or red dot scope. It seems that the army is trying to update weaponry. Anyway Lets discuss possible weapons systems, scopes, ammo, mags, knives, Lasers anything that you guys think might work over there. Fill welcome to discuss pros and cons. Oh and no anti war junk or bush rants please. I will report them.
27 July 2008 - 08:29 PM:question: Ok so ive been searching around for a safe way to give your paint grenades a little more distance without risking anyone’s safety because safety is my number one concern. Well what I came up with is using a small water balloon launcher. You might of saw them in stores before, some are made out of surgical tubing and the other ones are made out of some kind of nylon stretchy rope. I believe that if limitations were put on the size and material of the grenade and the size of the grenade sling shot that it could be fun and safe for all. (I do not encourage anyone to jest go out and try this though ) so what is everyone’s input and lets all use common sense and act like adults please.SAFTY<SAFTY<SAFTY.
24 July 2008 - 10:13 PMOk so everyone jest drop in and say what your favorite gun scope is (Trijicon, Bushnell, Leopold, etc). And if anyone has any questions about scopes, or guns ill be happy to try to answer them. And after you finish here drop by the gun poll too. And please no off topic talk I don’t want this to be closed.
24 July 2008 - 09:44 PMFirst things first yes I did search for this topic and found some info. Second if this topic needs to be moved please tell me, as you can see I’ve been warned once already lol. Nway I have a spud gun I maid and im wondering several things,
1. can I safely fire paint grenades out of it (indirect fire )
2. are they legal on any fields
3. can you get one to shoot a paint grenade good
4. has anyone had some fun with these before
5. Specs of my gun(Colman striker,2inch bore,4inch chamber)
23 July 2008 - 09:55 PMhey guys i think this topic is important and could effect all of paintball. so I moved it to the lounge, with questions about, the public use ,restriction, and effects of being used on tv. So please join in!!!!!!!!!!!!!
