04 October 2008 - 06:03 PMWhile I could get a "cleaner" pic, I think that because this pic was taken in-game, under fire, rolling on my back... it adds some flavor that other pics can not.
watch the "Splatbrother's San Juan Hill" video at the 8:13 mark to see me crash and burn
25 June 2008 - 06:37 PMif you are still having a problem, (assuming you have a e2 trigger frame) i noticed if my cocking delay is too high my karni tends to fart while shooting perfectly. my cocking delay is timed less than 5.5ms. any higher than 6.5ms and i start to hear some farting. also my cocking off time is at 22ms. just for reference.
but if you are using a factory setting, then i agree with the other guys. i would tinker with the air pressure THEN try different IVG settings.
03 April 2008 - 04:45 PMI descided to do some barrel testing with my old A-5 on a warm day. I was testing the hammerhead 5 fin bangstixx. I fired a couple hundred shots and determined that this barrel was not for me. So I took off the hopper and fired untill the cyclone was empty. Once it was firing blanks, I wanted to cool off my hand. And wouldn't you know, there was one more ball that was hopping in the cyclone that i didn't see.......... As I was just staring at my yellow hand my freind fumbles the $220 barrel, case and all, right on the porch... hard.
An interesting day.
28 March 2008 - 01:15 PMKido, really the reason it feels more accurate, IMO, is that your using so many less shots, so many of the experienced players (IE me, T0ast, etc.) do with one ball what most do with many. Also many pump players are great players already so they seem more accurate than new players.
Agreed. Pump players also may be more accurate because they are more conscience of, what most people consider to be, thier firepower handycap. At least whenever I'm going for the one shot kill, I take my time with each shot. Controled breathing, increased focus/awareness, and I try to pull the trigger between heartbeats. It works very well. But I still could be more accurate if I didn't know that if I missed, I still had a semi auto marker to back me up in those "hard times".
