18 March 2008 - 04:01 PM...........lol...i think some ppl here take .. :idea: Constructive Criticism :idea: to another level...way beyond Constructive......especially for a forum that its related to a product that they sell!!!!!!!!!!! hummmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!
:::: such drama ::::
17 March 2008 - 03:55 PMI know this probably sounds like im taking up for the Tad and her gear and thoughts on different gear but its NOT WHAT IM DOING HERE AT ALL... its just something i wanted to state for what i thought was the obvious so sorry again for spamming you're post TAd............ but here it goes
I know we all have our own opinions, on how we played or how someone else should of played or what they should buy or what they should wear or where they should go, which all seems fine and dandy and is much appreciated by the person or person's...But i'm reading post after different post in the Special ops Forum (which is great by the way..thanks to its many users!!! ) and im getting kinda lost and lamed out by some of the things people say when giving there opinions in these forums be it to a newb or well seasoned veteran.....what i'm trying to say is, I guess its simply this....This is Special Ops Paintball Forum is it Not??? I know there are other sections here other than just SOP related stuff... but wasnt this forum based off of the scenario type of play, for those guys/gals that wanted to do that type of thing and bond with others as well as opinionize with this type of community.... so when people post things like "your starting gearset. I'd almost call that overkill" and "you ppl must be made of BOINKng money.... i would never dream of having that much poo for a game ive never played" ..........it kinda bumms be out to know you guys are the one's that suppose to be encouraging a newb or giving a well seasoned veteran a high five or a "HECK YEAH" scream of victory, at the end of a game for job well done...I mean if it is a scenario type thing how can you say "that's too much gear or too heavy" or "Man, thats a lot of money to be spending" YOU certainly dont just go to a WWII, etc, etc scenario EXPECTING TO PLAY THE PART....wearing a dye uni and playing with a Pink shocker do you??? IT REALLY IS SENSELESS to say that kinda of stuff, as well as discouraging for others .As some have probably posted somewhere before, i'm pretty sure i've seen it somewhere but, "we all know its not the HIGH TECH GEAR or the HIGH PRICED MARKERS that shoot 50 bps(lol that would be a nice suppressor) that's having all the fun, just playing or winning the game...its the person, wether or not it's going to be their first time ever or 10th year of playing Paintball that feels the excitement and rush of the game/sport...I know we all entitled to our opinions but all i ask is to be alittle more or sound a little more encouraging, hey who knows maybe one day you have 20 people covering your backside a little more on your team than having 20 that doesnt really care what you think or happens to you!
