Posts I've Made
05 March 2008 - 10:43 AMI have recently bought a 98 Custom, but like some other posts had mentioned any gun would do for a sniper. Being a sniper is more of a mental state that actully mechanics. You could have the best decked out gun for a sniper but you use that gun while you rush a bunker you might as well just have a pistol in you hand.
Remember Sniper is a mental state, a sniper is not defind by his gun but how he uses it in the right situations.
02 March 2008 - 12:36 PMi agree with no.2 there seizureman, i've one to add to that
DON'T BLINDFIRE YOU STUPID PERSON (for lack of being able to use a ruder word)
i nearly had a guy unload into my mask point-blank the other day because of him blind-firing, and if he had, he would be paying for a new lens, its not like everyone who played regularly hadn't told them, seriously, each and everyone of the experienced players had said a word to the newcomers, heck, they even had a marshall playing on there team
this happened after i'd ran up to the corner, and yes, i'm guilty of firing within 3ish feet, but it was only one shot (semi-auto w00t) so theres no need for you to try and unload your hopper in my face
I agree with everything I have read on this thread. I myself am new at this I once played about 5 or 6 years ago but still do not cosider my self to by anything but a new comer. Having said that, I would have to say one thing that bothered me after reading all of these posts was how unsportsman like some people can be. I strongly feel that if you are shot walk off the field as fast as possible and when the game is over walk over to the person who shot you and congradulate him on a good game. I can see a lot of newbies as well as "experienced" players complaining that they were shot or how they were shot and taken the game personnaly.
If everyone can remember to be considerate and have a sportman mind set everyone will have a much better time.
