27 March 2008 - 10:06 PMJust wanted to get some opinions on what camo I should go with when I order some new gear in the future. I currently run 100% MARPAT, but I only have BDU's. I'm looking to add a few pieces and wondered if it was worth the 20% extra to get SpecOps to make me MARPAT gear, or just save money and get something stock. Thanks for the help in advance.
16 March 2008 - 12:35 PMI'm getting ready to order a custom Dagger Harness through SO and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to request belt hangers be added to the harness? This way I could attach my leg harness no prob. Anyone done this on a harness through SO?
14 March 2008 - 12:38 PMI was custom designing a harness on the SpecOps site and I noticed that there is an option to fix your pod holders horizontally instead of vertically. Has anyone done this, and if so how has it worked out for you? I run vertical pods right now and I've had them dump open on me when I've gone to reload. Pics are helpful. Thanks alot.
09 March 2008 - 03:26 AMI'm not really sure which of the choices I prefer overall, so I'm hoping you guys can lend a hand and let me know what YOU would like to get from the list. If you select "other", tell me what you would like that isn't on the list. Thanks.
21 February 2008 - 12:17 PMJust wondering if anyone could tell me if the use of a 12oz or smaller tank is a bigger advantage for the sniping position. I currently run an A5 setup and had debated going remote. However, I'm not exactly thrilled about the idea of hauling a 20oz tank around anymore and I'm not sure it's really worth it. Plus, I don't really like the A5A2 setup with the foregrip and the hose running along the side of the gun, so I want to either remote directly into the gun, just before the trigger or keep the existing adapter at the bottom of the grip. I just feel that with a Tac Cap, it seems like 20oz is a bit of an over kill. I was wondering if a 12oz, 9oz or even a 3.5oz would be better for balance and overall mobility? From what I've researched 3.5oz tanks can get roughly 250shots and 9oz tanks roughly 550. Any thoughts? Any help is greatly appreciated whether it's for the promotion of Remote air or smaller tanks.
