25 July 2010 - 02:12 PMMy System X cocker is up for grabs right now. Only thing wrong with it is it's missing a set screw in the timing rod. Quick 50 cent fix really. Also has to be timed.
Asking $100 OBO. Pm me.
15 December 2009 - 07:54 PMI started this thread not because I'm very good at it, but because I wanna get into it. I'm looking for a camera and my spending limit is about 400 dollars. Right now I'm not sure if I should go with point and shoot or DSLR. I don't really know the differences other than P.A.S. is cheaper and smaller and DSLR is heavier but shoots better pictures.
Basically what I will be doing is lots of outdoor and wildlife photography, so I need a camera that will be somewhat rugged. I would also like a camera with good zoom so I could take good shots from a distance. Also, lots of my trips will be backpacking ones, so the lighter the better, although that isn't the deciding factor. The biggest factor for me is what takes the best pictures and what's the best value.
28 November 2009 - 09:32 PMAny other basketball players/fans in here? I'm more of an NBA than college fan myself, I just find it hard to follow teams when they're best players only stick around for like a year. I do watch it in march though.
To get the topic started, what are your title predictions for either college or the NBA?
27 August 2009 - 10:12 PMSeriously considering getting into it, instead of spending all my money on paintball. (Paintball just doesn't pose much of a challenge, thus no feeling of accomplishment). But this, this looks like my cup of tea. May save money to take my first course this winter in the San Juans, just to get a feel for it.
17 July 2009 - 05:30 PMI recently placed an order with them (a Grey Ghost and a plethora of other items), and I received a package from them today. However, all that was in it was the Grey Ghost and none of the other items whatsoever. Is it standard practice to ship an order in multiple packages (even though I only received one tracking number and only got one package from UPS today) or did they just screw up? Is this site known for screwing up or is it typically reliable, or is it just not well known. Thanks for your help.
