ive tried on the grill but I have never played with it so I dont really know much about it. a bud of mine that lives in tampa has a bunch of high end masks and said getting shot in the head with the grill sucks just as bad just no possibility of getting hit with a shell. You feel all of the force in the ears and mouth.

How soft is the profiler compared to regular masks/ the grill. I want it to be nice and firm because if its hard I wont worry about head shots (which actually happen a lot recently).

I use vforce but the hard foam is a bit troublesome. I have no problem with vforce. What mask do you suggest?

Masks are speedball masks because many come in bright colors to look stylish but when you are trying to hide in the woods a nice red and white mask is fun to wear but they get you spotted every time.

All masks are made for specific standards so a cheapo black JT Elite will suffice for any game you play. Its really all about features. SAFTY ISNT ONE IN A HIGH END MASK, they dont come with thicker lenses or super hard lightweight plastic, they are made for comfort. My lens broke so instead of changing it out (which on JT Masks seem to always be a pain).

Honestly a cheap JT or a cheap VForce are all in all great masks they keep you save, there is no chance of getting anything messed up because its a tank on your head.

The higher end masks are sleek, tiny, light and super soft but honestly that does nothing to keep the player safe, in fact it actually puts you in more danger than a big clunky mask does.

As for it breaking that was my fault. It stood up to many many many games but it finally cracked (not fully but im not gonna play with a cracked lense, way 2 many problems could occur) but when I accidentally stepped on it the whole thing bent a bit and cracked.

so, in other words, you don't care what advice you get, you're gonna get a low end mask because "they're all the same" and you can spend your money on "better things".

I will be happy to drop the cash for a high price mask but it needs to fit the situation and saying things like they dont brake or they are safer is a bs statement so saying it wont even work on a child.

I asked for personal opinions on masks people know about not HEY SPEND MORE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT FIT BECAUSE I FEEL THAT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE SAFER AND WILL NEVER BREAK!!!.

The cash is no problem but it has to be worth the money I spend not just a pretty mask.
