Topics I've Started
15 March 2009 - 10:16 AMMeet Blazer BZ2596. I bought it as a single stabbed unit and added the second off of my Spyder low pressure project (after a new seal kit) and a longer braided hose. It has a 12" dual vented barrel and the blade double trigger. I'm actually thinking about buying a single trigger frame too. I love the look of simple and utilitarian. Now to get her out and mow some heads with it....
Oh and VIVA LA CO2!!!!!!!!!
15 February 2009 - 08:16 PMThere are 3K burst disks on all 5 (yes I said 5) 20oz PMI tanks I have. I thought that CO2 tanks got the 1800psi disks? There is an 1800 stamped on the bottle and I am assuming that is the max pressure? I bought all but one new and that's what they had...
Can someone confirm?
08 February 2009 - 06:08 PMI've been torn and struggling to make a decision on a new marker. I had it narrowed down to the ICE Epic and the Palmer's Blazer. After much consideration and some bugging of Piller, Legato and sipbgod94 (THANKS GUYS!!!), I finally just caved and went for what I knew to be the absolute best. Of all the reviews on PBreview, there were only 3 that were not perfect 10's. One because it was wasn't an electro, another because there were no upgrades and another was a kid being stupid.
I ordered it with a 12" dual vented barrel, male stab, bottom line, right hand feed (because I really like sighting down the top of the barrel and the barrel matched to the gun. Once here, I will add my own female stab and ring mount....
So until it arrives, I'm going to try to stay sane!
08 May 2008 - 10:18 AMI am considering an Ion because of it's ability to work with CO2. This important to me be HPA is not readily available in my area.
When looking at the features, it states that it can shoot 1000-1400 shots on a 68/4500, but only 800 on a 20oz CO2? This doesn't seem right. Can anyone confirm if this is a typo? Also, I don't see it in the little sales add, but I assume that it is a low pressure marker - if so, what pressure is it designed to run at?
Thanks in advance!
edit: I forgot to ask if anyone knows the stock barrel I.D.??
03 May 2008 - 11:33 PMSince I have joined I keep hearing about people playing woodsball... I'm just curious what your field looks like...
This is what it is to me - public land about a 1/4 mile from my doorstep... "Field" size is roughly an 1/8 mile X 1/4 mile. Boundaries are barbed wire fences at the private property lines and pink tape at the rear of the field. I'm guessing that it can hold about 20-30 people max.
Here are a few random pics I snapped today.
