24 April 2008 - 03:58 PMThink about those terrorists in the Middle East. They're pretty successful in destroying stuff and wreaking havoc. So why not adapt your teams tactics to theirs', at least for some of the time. Insurgency/guerrilla tactics are pretty good if you are 1. outnumbered 2. outplayed 3. have a lot of grenades/landmines/booby traps and have no idea how to use them, or 4. You're bored and want to blow up everyone on the opforce.
If you wanna play guerrilla, you should have
-speedy and bloodthirsty(just kidding) team members that are good at hiding/sneaking around
-some exotic weaponry, including land mines, tripwires, grenades, etc.
-some snipers, marksmen, or anyone that has good aim
-the will to crush the opforce using whatever means neccessary
Speed and camouflage are important in this strategy. You're gonna have to run a LOT if you wanna survive.
Traps are important. Think IEDs in Iraq. Where are you going to place these if you want to cause the most damage to enemy forces?
Marksmanship is a must. Being able to pick off and strike fear into enemies is essential.
The last is pretty self-explanatory...
