30 March 2014 - 04:54 AMThis is so disappointing... I've been coming here since I was 13, however I stopped around 17 as a car wreck forced me to sell off all my gear and then I joined the army. Now, here I am 23 years old sitting in Afghanistan contemplating on getting back into the sport when I finally make it back to America, and now the one place I knew to go is done and all but gone. The Brigade was the greatest thing ever, I loved being able to log all my stats and track my progress as a player. Can anyone give me a synopsis of the sport today? Because when I was playing, it was doing nothing but expanding! Is everyone doing Airsoft now?? Is there any other online communities with stat tracking? Being a soldier, I'd hate to get into Airsoft where there's a million overweight 13yr old gear "FILTERED" rocking $1500 of mom's money for combat rated gear just to shoot plastic BBs. Hell, after the "FILTERED" I've witnessed, those guys are packing more kit than I do when I leave the wire and I'm bearing 30lbs of just ballsitic plates and helmet!

14 September 2008 - 10:54 PMMy english teacher loves palahniuk, and morbid stories, so I'm not too worried there. But the general idea of the story is, the main character is a worn-out adrenaline junkie who uses murder and anger as a means to live a happy life. It's kind of a mutt bred from Palahniuk's writing and the HBO series Dexter.
