Completely agree Benaiah... as for the scope/sight debate... I use a red dot and I cannot tell you how many times I've been able to achieve 1 shot or minimal shot kills. I sighted it in using the best paint I could find in a case and then watching the path of the ball.. I used the average path of the majority of shots..and with good paint I can keep a nice tight pattern at max distance. However I would like to switch to something with a little magnification on it so I can pick out targets that are within range with better clarity. Sometimes it's just really hard to see them if they are well camoed, or if you can only see a piece of them.

Yeah i have the same problem. If the field i usually play on was not field paint only, i would consider investing in the first strike system, but i don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for it all then never be able to use it except in the back yard.

AGREED...performing as a sniper is NOT limited to only long range shots. It's about concealment, identifying and eliminating a mark with a minimum of shots, and remaining undetected long enough to safely evacuate the area. To say that a sniper's only job is to make long range shots in a ghilli is in my opinion disrespectful to the abilities of a sniper.

PLEASE HELP :P

Still Reeling about Smakzone... Shimbo, there are still plenty of us around...all you have to do is keep in touch with us.. Some of us are planning on heading out to Fearless Fighters the weekend before Thanksgiving...so if you want to plan on making that one you're more than welcome. As for big games...we're not sure what we're going to end up doing. As Fastlearner said...there is Crowley Ridge and Runaway PB....plus all the local fields. Riversplat seems to be a really good field for a little bit of everything...nice speedball fields, castle field, and a few small woodsball fields...

For myself, I'm starting to work on my schedule for next year and first stop may be Kharkov at Bearclaw Paintball in Fayetteville, TN Feb 27-28...

    Keep in touch
