Topics I've Started
26 April 2009 - 06:53 PMDuring a game of play today, I gradually became aware of an increasing problem with my marker (Tippmann 98c); balls falling out the barrel. Upon closer and riskier inspection, I discovered that balls were dropping from my hopper into the chamber as usual, but then if the marker was tilted forward, they would roll out of my barrel undeterred. This presents a rather obvious problem that I would like to rectify as soon as possible in order to avoid having to use my backup VL Triad. The ball detent of my marker appears uninspired and lackluster, leading me to believe that it is the source of my problems. Could anyone provide me with some pointers as to how I can fix such a problem? I have experience disassembling and reassembling my marker, if that helps at all.
Thank you in advance,
09 July 2008 - 12:48 PMSo last night I was in Maine with my mother and stepfather. Both of them are VERY bad snorers, and so I wear wax earplugs when I go to sleep. When we're in the same hotel room, I'll usually put them in and fall asleep before they start snoring bad. This time, however, I was in the lobby for over an hour after they fell asleep talking to a girl on the phone. I come back to find them both snoring loudly, so I put in my earplugs and try to go to sleep. This is when I find out that they don't work against deep sleep snoring, so I continually play with them and try to force them deeper into my ear until finally, I get them so deep in my ear drum that I can't hear a thing. At the time I didn't think it was anything bad, I just figured that at that moment they had momentarily stopped snoring, and I got to bed quickly.
Well, when I woke up the next morning and took them out, I realized that there was a big problem. The right one came out after lots of hard pulling. It also had some black stuff on the end of it, leading my to worry. The left one came out fairly easy, except... there is still part of the earplug in my ear. It's pretty deep into my ear, and I can barely hear on the left side. I played with it for a while, and got it to the point where I could hear a little bit (Good thing I could listen to music on the way home ) but it's still very uncomfortable. Then we get home and my mom tries to dislodge it using a cue tip, which just ends up forcing it even deeper into my ear. So now I can't hear ANYTHING, and I have an intense headache all of the time.
That's it for me, anyone else ever have it happen?
26 June 2008 - 03:54 PMSo I have a generic remote line, and when I play it seems to snag on itself, and get all tied up. It results with me having to untangle it every couple of minutes during play, which is not fun at all.
So my question is, is there some way (preferably a DIY solution) I can prevent this, like a slide to go over the remote line or something? Thanks in advance.

Card is pretty nice for a non-gamer. $60 shipped, PM me or contact me on AIM (washburn647) for more info.
05 June 2008 - 06:32 PMI'm looking for a PMI Trracer ( http://www.pbreview....ts/reviews/430/ ) if anyone has one laying around that they don't use anymore. I don't need a special barrel or anything, but if you have a 12 gram holder it would be appreciated. I'm willing to pay a little under $100 for the gun and 12 gram holder, a bit less for base gun.
Will trade: Nvidia Geforce 7600 (Working, everything must go!)
PCI wireless G card
Gears of War (360)
Other things if I think of them, will update
