03 September 2009 - 06:50 PMIt seems like i haven't posted anything on here in years! I really wasn't sure where to put this so please move it if you think it belongs somewhere else. Thanks.
I'm taking an entrepreneurship class this year in school, and I wanted some facts about paintball as a whole just in case anyone on here just happened to know.
1. Is paintball as a sport growing?
2.Do you think it would be a good market to start a field or store in. Not considering the quality of the business plan?
3.What in your opinion would be the best location to put that business? And if you could find any demographics on that area.
4. And I guess any other cool things you find or know that might have something to do with it.
02 April 2009 - 09:47 AMI've been wondering about this for a while now. I felt kind of bad for doing it, but I don't think there was any way to avoid it.
My "team" and I were playing at the field we usually go to, and were playing a little mini scenario game I guess you would call it. There were two teams, and one team had to get these two pilots into the top of the tower that the other team was holding with no one on the other team inside of it. The pilots could only move if someone was touching them. I was on the team that had to escort the pilots. Eventually we had they area around the bottom of the tower cleared. There was no one left anywhere around us as far as we could tell, but we knew there were some people in the top of the tower. We didn't have enough time left to try to win a firefight so I took one of the pilots and started sneaking up the stairs. When we got up the top I was going to try to surrender whoever was inside. But when we got up there I looked in and yelled surrender and found the whole other team up there. About 10-12 people even the ones who were all ready out. I yelled surrender and they all just stop and look at me for a second. No one said anything back to me. Then I saw a gun start to go up inside and I jumped out of the way right as a few people in the room started shooting at me, and the pilot. So we lit up the whole room and got all of them out. It wasn't anything insane like dumping paint on them, but we were pretty close. Half of the people that came out looked like a puppy that just got spanked for the first time in its life or something. The other ones were PERTURBED. One or two at us, and the rest at the people who shot. So did we do the right thing shooting them back? Or what else could we have done?
08 February 2009 - 09:52 PMDone. Mods please close this thread.
29 November 2008 - 07:45 AMI hear all the time about people making stick feeds for there open class guns out of pvc. Do you think its possible to put a pvc feedneck on a stock class phantom? I was thinking to take off the feed tube and get an elbow and either sand it, or wrap tape around one end so it has a pretty tight fit and then stick a hopper on the other end. If anyone knows any easier ways to do it they would be appreciated too.
28 November 2008 - 08:22 AMI have no money to buy anything for my family for christmas, so im just trying to scrape together what I can. Everything is...Loved. A lot. No trades unless something really catches my eye. So yea please buy my crap???
or buy it all for the amazing price of: $150.00 plus shipping.
Sypder victor: nothing really wrong with it, but the velocity doesn't go very high a new spring should fix it. It comes with a stock mr1 barrel. It is missing one out of the four screws that hold the grip on.
Spyder aggressor xt. This one is broken, I think it need a new bolt (thats what I was told). comes with stock barrel. It's in pretty good condition except for the fact that it doesn't work.
3 piece 21 inch spyder threaded barrel. It's got some scratches, but nothing major. It is really long.
12 inch proto barrel. Ion threads. only used once there aren't many scratches at all.
egg II with z board. You can deffinately tell it's been used, but still functions great. The little speed button popped of before I ever owned this hopper so I have no idea what happened to it.
Viewloader quantum: dont laugh. This was my friends. It looks brand new. It works.
Co2 tanks: I have two 20 oz tanks, one 12 oz, and two 9 oz tanks. One of the 9 oz's has a little, shoulder stock thing on the bottom. They are pretty beat up, but all functional. Most of the o-rings are bad.
20 oz- $8.00 12 oz- $7.00 9 oz- $6.00
PCS tactical vest: One size fits all. It holds 6 100 round pods, has 3 extra pockets on the front. On the back it can hold a tank, and a camel bak. It's adjustable and is in pretty good condition. Comes with 5 100 round pods. One of them doesnt have a top.
Hybrid contract killer grips: never used. There in perfect condition.
Brass eagle mask. Old and worn out. It works fine, but it does have a crack on the end of the nose.
Pods: 2 140 round viewloader pods. They work, but they arn't anything special.
add one to any purchase for $1.00
I also have some camo: The pants are 34x30 and are in good condition except for a very small hole on the shin. The shirt is pretty small. It says medium but it might be youth. It is fairly new and not used much. ill put up a pick of how they fit me if anyone wants.
pants- $11.00 Shirt- $6.00
