11 May 2008 - 03:00 PMI own a normal halo B w/rip. The rip was awesome before it broke (not because of the manufacturer though), and the vlocity looks like a poop on a stick, imo.
11 May 2008 - 02:47 PMwe played in like 8 degree wheather, you could see where my friend had been shooting, since there was a fan shape of color from all his balls busting.
11 May 2008 - 02:39 PMCan the macrolines just be cut with scizzors or razors?
I still need a solid answer on whether I can and cannot buy a paintball capable fitting from a plumbing store
Yeah, use an xacto, razer blade, etc., and make sure you pick up some teflon tape for installing the fittings.
Come to think, I've never seen a 98 with macroline. cool.
EDIT:I'm not sure about the plumbing store, but I doubt it. Macrolineguy would definately be the way to go.

QuoteNice..even for an ion
I love those words, and i know its not a beast to some, but to each his own and i love it! I'll try to make it to that beast level one day lol.
QuoteVery sexy. The Blackcell configuration is the only way I'll take an ION.
Agreed, definately the best body kit for an ION.
I like the deadlywind one better. Standard stocks, bob, offset rails, etc., but thats still a very nice marker.
09 May 2008 - 02:38 PMYeah, there are some rubberized inserts on the reg grip, and you can jack up the torq on the QLoader mounting system pretty high. But, since the grip is metal, you won't be able to sqeeze it on the reg, and you will end up with the grip (and the Q) sliding around the reg. However, you could take the grip off, or buy a stock ion reg grip for like 50 cents and then you'd be fine.
