04 March 2010 - 02:05 PMWhat up,
I know quite a few of you share the same borders with me, but I am not sure how many of you are from BC. With the annual scenario games starting up in just a couple of weeks, I was wondering if any of you will be attending. It is the biggest scenario game I know of on the BC Lower Mainland and is usually a tonne of fun. It will be the first time I paintball since I bumbed my knee, literally a year ago so come out to Tsawwassen and tear it up!
06 October 2009 - 11:39 PMWhat's uppp all.
It has been awhile since I have been on the old forums. Even when I am on I am somewhat of a quiet one. How has it been? Good good. Hope everyone is enjoying the season, I for one am not.
It has been months since I have been on the field and it is starting to annoying. Not that is hasn't been for the last while but it is really bugging me now that there is a big game this weekend and I won't make it due to INJURY! Yuuup I have had a FUBARed knee since the end of March. Torn meniscus via moshpit (Four Year Strong, good band).
Soooo here's the deal, I'm asking y'all fine forum goers, not how to cope but what to think. It has certainly settled in that I'm out for awhile and at this rate it might not be till mid 2010 when I play again, it is not only paintball but pretty much everything. Anyone else gone through something similar to knee surgery? What should I expect in regards to downtime, recovery and what not? Get at me!
Anything to start a convo,
28 February 2009 - 09:40 PMHello,
Seems to be a busy night here on the forum so I decided to make a little poll although I am not sure how much play this one will get. This will probably more interesting for Canadians but please Americans are more than welcome to contribute. In light of the paper I am writing, the poll/thread is on the debate Republicanism or Monarchism in Canada. Republicanism, in short is the system that America runs on. Monarchism is the current way Canada governs and long story short, it is described by Canada sharing ties with England, including our Head of State being the Queen of England among other things. So I ask you, which do you think would be better for Canada and why?
11 February 2009 - 04:07 PMHelp,
It is five past 3pm and I am in dire need. I have to hand in an essay proposal for my Russian History class at 7pm tonight and I haven't the foggiest clue as to what I am going to write on. I am calling upon anyone to give me an idea. I can write on people, events, economics, politics; pretty much anything from the creation of Russia up until 1917. This is a 3rd year course at university but I will accept any ideas!
09 February 2009 - 09:20 PMHello all,
Don't know how many of you have heard the great news but it would appear blink-182 is back together after their "indefinite hiatus." Being a long time fan I am beyond words with excitement to hear that they have buried the hatchet and have come back together. Their website(s) states "Summer 09" as a date to look forward to and I for one sure am. Any other fans about who are excited by the news?
Here's to many more years of "crappy punk rock"
