24 March 2009 - 05:02 PMHello everyone. I recently bought a Phuzzard (essentially a Phantom) and I'm having some really bad efficiency with it. It is vsc, which I realise is not that efficient to begin with. However, I'm getting less than 20 shots before the velocity drops off. I get about 3-5 great shots and then 10 or so weaker shots. I haven't been able to document this with a chronograph, but it's obvious while shooting it. Although I do plan to run it with an air/co2 tank I'd still like the option of getting reasonable efficiency with 12ies. I was considering buying new springs from Wevo (the main spring it has is kinda old. It's also clipped, but I get velocity of around 280-290 with it), will this help?
P.S. I searched with no results.
04 March 2009 - 08:19 PMI have for trade a Turtle (by the company, not a turtled-cocker) autococker with:
-goldish-brown/black annoed body and matching mini vertical asa drilled for Racegun eyes
-ANS Raceframe, eyes, covers, frontblock hardware, battery, charger, and computer cables *the Raceframe does need a new sear you can buy one for $30 at ANSgear.com*
-WGP chrome frontblock (WGP Tickler, mini actuating rod, ANS ram, chrome WGP 3way with blue/clear hose *extra hose included*)
-32* "teeter" frame with custom-cut hogue grip panels
-blue CP regulator long (can be swapped for a chrome BL Torpedo *this reg has some wear from the previous owner, the CP is in better condition*)
-blue CP direct on/off asa
-A+ anodizing halfbock backbock and bolt
-unknown delrin detent
-14" Dye Xcel barrel
I just built this marker and it has not been shot in it's current configuration so, it will need to be timed. The internals will hold air but, I cannot guarantee that the frontblock will as I just built it and have not even shot it, let alone played with it. Also, the Raceframe functions, it just needs a new sear and will come separate from the cocker.
I'd really rather trade this as I want to get another marker anyway.
Snipers (with stock class-feed is win)
Cool pump guns
Phantoms that aren't heavy
If I must have a price it would be $250 OBO.
1) In the trade we agree on shipping and pay our own costs.
2) No "trade-backs", I have outlined that this marker may or may not leak and does need to be timed.
3) You ship first if I have more feedback, and visa versa.
Finally, the pics! I can take more one request. My photography skills can't depict the anno well, I apologize but, Big_Phil can vouch for it's beauty.

07 January 2009 - 05:02 PMHello, I would like to know if it would be harmful to paint the underside or inside of a classic automag body. I also want to know what I should use on it since it's a raw steel body (I believe it's an original AGD body from the early 90's, it's a pump body) and it's a powefeed, too. I don't plan on painting anything but, the body. One last thing, any suggestions on colors/styles. I don't want to do a digi camo but, I was thinking either a funky snakeskin or maybe like checkered with one color and leave the lines just unpainted. Thanks!
