Man how time goes by, I haven't been on here in years! I can't believe this forum is still here. I guess not everything died with Spec Ops.

The Federal Reserve controls the money. Whoever has the money has the power. They will try and make it happen with or without the Senate approval.
So it's really up to the people to wake up and stand up against tyranny! ;)

9/11 isn't a conspiracy. Why? Because there are various cultures and factions and what not that hate America all over the world. MAYBE the US had some knowledge prior to the attacks and let them proceed, but even then, I don't know about that.

The reason why I think it may have "slipped" past our guard isn't so much so the government can "lock down" our liberties or whatever, but like I said, the military-industrial complex is a real thing. War for profit. After 9/11, Bush labeled Iraq, Iran, and North Korea as the "axis of evil." The way I see it, this is nothing more than a list of potential countries to invade through "preventive wars," although international law would say that you can only attack first if another state's threat against you is imminent, which wasn't the case -- hence the return of the Gulf War mental state and the suspected WMDs.

Ongoing war is a great way to make a profit (something building up arms during the Cold War taught us) and I don't believe there is any question that America practices this war for profit idea -- that's partly why people hate the country. The way they see it, our nation does terrible things to their land and to their people just to make a buck. And of course, the elegant practice of shoving our culture and ideals down the throats of other civilizations probably TINKLEes quite a few people off. We look at this as helping them, but maybe it isn't what the recipient state's people want, and that is probably why certain factions really despise us.

Of course, through various media propaganda and all of that, we're made to look like the good guys... but are we? We've supplied arms to quite a few different governments, and often times these governments use the arms we sold them to kill and suppress their own people, if they don't use them to attack their neighbor. We don't always hear about this kind of stuff in the news. But RATM is right... what we don't know keeps the contracts moving. And this is why I have no doubt that the government has its hands in the media.

And for what it's worth, the total value of all contracts since 2009 is roughly 62 billion dollars.

9/11 is no question a catalyst for what happened. But I truly believe the government didn't conspire for it to happen, or anything like that. It really was an act of terrorism that the government simply capitalized off of, and because of the almighty dollar, well, that's why I could see why they let it happen (and also why I could also see the corporate elite potentially ruining our country as Jones shows us; everything for the dollar). But I haven't seen any solid evidence that the government did let 9/11 happen. I saw Loose Change (the final cut) and while convincing, I still don't buy it.

Also, I do not believe our government is oppressive. It is true that we have somethings censored that shouldn't be -- RATM was detained and censored a few times, even though they weren't doing or saying anything wrong... they were simply upsetting the wrong people with their message. But, until there really is martial law or something like that, you gotta realize it isn't half-bad here. True, the Patriot Act infringes upon some basic principals, but at the end of the day, compared to the rest of the world, we have it pretty good. It's not that I'm blind or don't want to realize it, it's just how it is. At the very least, there's no real hard evidence and hard facts saying this NWO or super enforcing government is definitely going to happen.

However, the slope leading to oppressive government is definitely a slippery one, and taking away basic liberties is the first step down this slope. But I don't think America has lost it's footing quite yet. It definitely can happen, but until I actually see this martial law or other forms of real oppression, I would say we can still go back up the slope. The Patriot Act is simply that first "baby-step" just to test the terrain out.

I realize Jones preaches that this oppression and crazy government is being conceived under our noses... and it very well could be... but he seems to be putting all his chips on Obama being the Bildenberg's group puppet. Very possible, but also very unlikely... but only time will tell. The only thing that could get me to lose complete faith is, like I said, a terrible act happening in the United States and the government wanting to abolish the Second Amendment because of it.

The North American Union is a scary thought... but surely, Canada and Mexico have something to say about it? I could see it happening, which is BOINKed, but I would assume, well, no, I'll hope that our population wouldn't be happy with the North American Union idea once it starts getting to be a more prominent idea.

And I still find it interesting Obama attended the Bilderberg conference in May 2008.

If you want to wait to see if the government is really going to make a move, that's fine with me. But don't complain when your caught in the middle of it unprepared. The fact of the matter is that the government controls the media and most people watch the media and think the media says everything's fine and dandy so that's what I'm going to believe. But I'm going to try and warn as many people as I can as to what is going on behind the scenes.

We are oppressed but most people have become content with their lives. This country isn't even supposed to be a Democracy it's suppose to be a Constitutional Republic where everyone is free. The founding fathers were against Democracy and said that it's the worst kind of government that you can have because 50% of the people control 49% of the people and the government says we're free?

I'm bipartisan and the presidents are just puppets that say what the Elites want them to. The plan for us is to get ride of money and to start using RFID cards or chip to keep track of us. That way if anyone gets out of line they can just deactivate their RFID card or chip and then you won't be able to buy or sell anything. You won't even be able to work. Know I don't know if this would be the mark of the beast 666 or not but it sounds like it to me.

So if you just want to wait and find out what our future holds, that's fine with me. But for evil to succeed good men only need to do nothing and nothing is what most of the sheeple... I mean people are doing.

It's not wise to underestimate the government. I think that may be the main problem with this country.

I don't know if I think 9/11's a conspiracy or not. But I do find it very strange that Air Force One just recently flew so low in NYC and scarred the crap out of people.
