Posts I've Made
12 September 2010 - 10:18 PMI have posted this over AO as well to get as much help as possible.
I wished I played enough to put 20 cases through it, but no, my main spring is a good half inch past the bolt.
It has been suggested that it is a bad paint to barrel match, but to me the fps range is too great for that. Still gonna test it out with another barrel I've got.
Currently it was suggested I clean out the reg pin area for any grit and that is where I'm at now. Ran out of air testing the other day so gonna be a little bit before I can get around seeing if it has been fixed.
Thanks for the ideas so far.
30 September 2009 - 04:50 PMThe closest I could find to the F-Bomb tubing was here
I use ST - 12 - 10 for my grenades and it works quite well.
As for the triggering band similar to the F-Bomb try lobster bands, personally I just cut a small piece of the same tubing I use for the body and it works too.
20 July 2008 - 03:21 PMPersonally, I like my qloader, I can't say love because there have been some problems.
I have had mine for several months and generally play about twice a month and have no no problems with it at all.
The only time I had problems was during dday, with all the rain that was slung around it was nice, hot, and humid. This combination of weather made it difficult for me to get much performance out of it. The hot, humid weather made the paint soft when it was loaded up and sitting there during the game and during staging. Being under pressure, the balls in the feed tube got deformed and occasionally even melted together completely jamming my marker until I took off the pod, and unhooked the feed tube to fish the balls out of there. Got quite good at unjamming it under fire, have the quick release like feed neck so I just have to twist the tube a bit and it pops right off.
Other than the interesting failure during the almighty DDay, it worked as I hoped and I wouldn't go back to a normal hopper on my current marker.
11 July 2008 - 04:23 PMI was there as well, running with the 6th, and under burns to boot.
I had the tac one with the qloader running back along my stock if you noticed it at all.
Only saw burns about 3 times during the big game though, 1st time was the initial start, 2nd time was at the airfield, and 3rd was in coleville.
Other than that I ran with any other 6th I could find, was a blast.
