  1. In Topic: Closest kill ever

Okay, this is not bunkering, but an incident in which I was to be the recipient. I was lucky here, because I totally was looking the opposite direction while I was behind a bunker. I was on one knee keeping an eye out from the right side, and this guy slides in shooting to my left but misses, I whip my gun around, and like a reflex my finger twitches three times on my 98 trigger and he's got two in the chest one in the mask. it was about 2-3 feet. I apologized for shooting more than once after the game, and he was totally cool and commended me on the kill.

  3. In Topic: Do you really have to wear a Ghillie to be a Sniper/Marksman?+more

A "sniper" should be defined by how he plays and how he shoots, not what he wears.
  4. In Topic: how much of your game is firefighting?

    13 March 2008 - 04:28 AM

I'm usually behind people (the opfor) or at the side of a firefight whenever possible. I spend alot of time in a game manuevering to a sweet spot, and that could be a 70% the time in a game. If there is a firefight, if I have the opportunity I sweep around by myself while everyone is occupied, and I start picking off people at their flanks. For me a 50/50 fight is never a 50/50 fight... a 98 (w/ a 50 round hopper sometimes) has no head-on face to face firepower advantage, so you can see why I prefer to be sneaky. What is a rush sometimes is when I win a 50/50 my 50 balls per hopper up against 15 balls per second, but I tend to avoid it, while fun if I win, it is not a dependable strategy. However I'll still keep my strategy pretty much the same even when I start using my Ion more often this spring.

The Army's not too worried, with the recruiting it's made to do, they'll have plenty chance to teach difference between M-4 and M-16 to the paintball kids when they get to Basic training lol.
