McCain Unsure How Many Houses He Owns
"Politico" said:Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in an interview Wednesday that he was uncertain how many houses he and his wife, Cindy, own.
"I think — I'll have my staff get to you," McCain told Politico in Las Cruces, N.M. "It's condominiums where — I'll have them get to you."
And a Politico analysis later in the day found McCain's family owns at least eight properties, according to property and tax records, as well as interviews.
Wait, wait, I'm getting confused: who's the out-of-touch elitest here?
Oh, and teh funnay continues. The McCain Campaign's response?
McCain Spokesman's Retort: Obama Lives in "a Frickin' Mansion"
"Washington Post" said:SEDONA, Ariz. -- A spokesman for Sen. John McCain vowed to retaliate against today's story about how many houses the GOP candidate owns with a renewed focus on Sen. Barack Obama's ties to a Chicago developer and charges that Obama is an elitist.
He also added: "This is a guy who lived in one house for five and a half years -- in prison," referring to the prisoner of war camp that McCain was in during the Vietnam War.
Yes, that would be the "It's ok because I was a POW" defense. Seriously, quick check here. How many of you know how many houses you or your immediate family own? I'm not going to bother with a poll, but I'm interested to see if anyone else can't remember that off the top of their head.

I'm thinking about either taking a shot at the sewing machine myself (not a great idea) or getting a local tailor to help me make this, but I'd like to see some concepts first. Can I get a hand here?
27 February 2008 - 01:24 PMWilliam F. Buckley Jr. died this morning.
He was one of the great political thinkers of the last century. I disagreed with a lot of what he said, and I still dislike some of the things that he did and stood for, but he was a brilliant writer and speaker and he was never shy about speaking his mind, even if his views didn't fit in with the orthodoxy. He'll be missed.
16 December 2007 - 04:06 PMHey, does anyone have any information about what's up with Sergison? I ordered on Oct. 28, and Have Blue contacted me to tell me it would be a while, but we're coming up on two months now and I'm starting to get a little worried. I don't want to send my gun to Palmer's until I can get the K-Frame, but at this point, there's basically no chance of having my P-68 completed by D-Day, which was the original goal.
