and an extra $5 to have them put it back on..
$7.95 to have shipped back to you..
$35.90 you pay them to do it all for you... that sound like a good deal?
Do a search for "fire services" in your area (Illinois, I assume). A few local businesses should pop up that hydrostatically test tanks (scuba, etc). They'll get it done for you and usually fairly cheap (I think mine was $10-15 total last time I did it).
