  4. 50 lb co2

Alright fellas, I love playing at the "established" field that I usually go to ,but I miss playing outlaw at my friends field we made. Every sense the only place that knew how to properly fill co2 tanks closed I have had to resort to going to the field and doing so on my own because my friends would rather play at our own little field; which for me, kills a lot of the fun of the sport because I enjoy the time with my close friends. I'm just fine with everyone running pumps and 12's but they of course aren't.

So, after thinking it for a year, I have decided to go ahead and rent some tanks from a local wielding shop. The owner is a good fishing buddy of my old man's and seeing as how I worker my ass off for him this summer at the shop I'm sure he'll be glad to hook me up.

What I need to know is about how much usable co2 is there in a 50 lb tank. I know that just because it has 50 lbs worth of co2 does not mean you can get 50 lbs worth of co2 out of the tank and put it into a marker.

How much then? 25? 30? 40? Whatever, I just need to know. If this works out well enough, hello scuba tank so I can run the electric stuff.

    Thanks in advance.
  5. 50 pound Syphon tanks

Alright, I enjoy playing paintball at my local field but I miss playing outlaw ball with my close friends. The reason we stopped is because the one place in town that properly field co2 tanks closed down a few months ago and I miss the the old days years ago when my close friends and I would go to our own field at our buddies house and play.

My question is how much trouble is it to own and get filled a 50 pound tank? How many fills can you get off of one? How much does it cost to buy one and how much does it cost to fill?

I have also heard that a lot of people get theirs filled (or swap) tanks at local welding shops. Good thing for me because a good friend of the family owns a good welding and machine shop.

If this works out good I might get a scuba tank so I can use my quest and angel. :P

    Thanks much
