Posts I've Made
12 October 2007 - 10:43 PMWGP Autocockers are great markers. The were originally a simple pump marker converted to semi-auto via some external valving and air ram. The trilogy series tends to be a bit stiffer when it comes to the trigger and operation. I would suggest a higher end verson or convert back to pump.
12 September 2007 - 07:37 PMmaybe a gauged valve, you could add a check valve if you run 12's
phantoms don't have upgrades, just accessories
I've seen check valves cut the number of shots per cartrige. I think even joe(WWA) says his check valves don't always work. Gauge valve is good if you have trouble keeping track of you air. Bobbed valve would be great if you could find one. stealth barrel(freak insert bore) 8" would be cool(stock barrels good too).
(ipood)Is this just your secondary marker? You keep it holstered while you use another marker? Whats your primary marker?
maybe we could take the grip frame off, put the quik change off to the side of the marker, 6inch barrel and make it be like an under mount pump shotgun on your primary marker. Or not
seriously what do you got and what are you looking to do with it? I'd love to through out some ideas
12 September 2007 - 06:33 PMNot much be done to if your running 12grams. Spring kits, detent rings,Better paint?
try a remote line and a 13cuin hpa?
I run stock class/12gram and even though the velocity is not real consistant it always shoots on target.
11 September 2007 - 08:36 PMOne ball at a time= Phantom
These 10, they all put bodies in the bag.
08 September 2007 - 06:49 PMPump is always a good way to go.. But if your looking to try a VSC Phantom or any stock class marker your going to need to except some schooling. Take it out back and put a couple hundred rounds through it. Take it part and clean it. Basically get to know what your working with. Practice reloading, shooting gasing up. If you don't your going to get owned. I have had 3 friends buy phantoms, only because they like mine. I only ever play with Phantoms so to them it seems easy but to watch them walk on the field for the first time with out ever so much as firing one before was painful. The marker was total confusion.
Phantoms are superb markers.
phd hasn't added any friends yet.
