If I didn't already have one, I'd totally be on this. When I first saw this thread, I did contact a friend out here who wanted to buy mine. I'l drop him a line to let him know you're still selling yours.

  3. In Topic: Worst Injury Out In The Field

    18 October 2010 - 10:16 AM

I've pulled a hamstring (not too badly - I was back in a week), and I've had some deep muscle bleeds from bunker shots to the upper arm. The worst injury I saw was a walk-on player at a local field who received a compound tibia/fibula fracture. I did not witness the circumstances; only the aftermath while we were trying to stabilize him until the ambulance arrived. Legs bleed a lot!

My teammate Squee destroyed his knee sliding into a bunker at a California field (it was not the field's fault - God put rocks there). It put him out of our team for the rest of the 2008 SPPL season, and while he was out on medical leave, his job laid him off. That was a crappy deal.

I would say MIB needs to come out and run all on their own, we could be considered a republic of Nevada.

Hey guys! It's great to see that MIB are still around - it will be great to see you all again!
  5. In Topic: How you formed your team name

When our team decided to go our own way and separate from our previous team, we looked at our playing style. When we play big scenario games, we are goal and mission oriented. Whenever a general needs a squad of guys to perform a task, he knows he can count on our group, even if it means we would all be eliminated in the process. We didn't care, as long as we could accomplish our goals. We were the Kings of the suicide mission. Plus, the playing card thing fits in with us being from Vegas.
