Topics I've Started

  1. My digital media project

    16 June 2009 - 06:20 PM

Well, we had to do a year end project in a digital media class (Flash, photoshop, photography filming ect)
So we decided to do a cover of Paul Stanley's LIVE TO WIN.

We know there are some bad parts, we suck at filming and all we had was an ipod touch on top of a mountain to find where we were in the song and had to film from there.

And yeah.. it's not REALLY a cover.

Tell me how you guys like it

  2. Weight gain by calories

    15 January 2009 - 10:31 PM

I'm 130 pounds, 5'11 and turning 18 in under two months.
I have no body fat, and would like to put on some weight(hopefully in muscle mass) but any weight would be good, as I play rep hockey and well.. the bigger the better.

I used a calculator to roughly estimate how many calories I burn, and since it says you need about 500-1000 more calories than you burn to gain weight, I APPARENTLY need to consume approx 3500-4000 calories a day.

Now, remembering that I goto school, often have hockey in evenings/afternoons and am a very busy guy, what are some quick ways/meals to get calories in a (hopefully) tasty way?

    Thanks
(Just list any high calorie easy meals you know of)
  3. Alright night owls, help me out!

    13 November 2008 - 12:42 AM

Yes, I'm stuck here at almost midnight writing a closing statement for a debate on reasonable accommodation ( FOR it )
Anyone got any points that could help me out, since the person writing the opening statement didn't have their stuff together and totally screwed me over for what points we were mainly summarizing?

(PS, reasonable accommodation is for disabilities, such as wheelchair accessability, or religious purposes like wearing a turban as a RCMP officer in Canada (which is against the dress code, but they are ACCOMMODATED so they can)

    Thanks for any points posted
