Topics I've Started

  1. Elbows

    25 August 2010 - 08:04 PM

When I first got my Minimag, I was given with it a bag of elbows. The elbows all had a 45 degree bend. I recently broke the last one, and I now need to order a new "batch" of them. Would this fit? If not, are there any on action village that will? My brother is ordering some stuff, and I'd like to have everything in one package.
  2. HPA

    25 August 2010 - 11:43 AM

So I've decided I would rather use an HPA tank on my Automag, instead of the Co2 I'd been using previously. I went to Action Village, and found a number of very affordable tanks. The problem is, I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at.

For instance, I've been told a "fixed" tank is a tank with a very specific output, and needs to be matched to the gun it will be used with. However, the Guerilla Air tank I've been looking at claims to work equally well on both my Automag, and my Spyder. I hope to purchase some higher-end markers, including another Automag, and though I'd like the tanks to be universal use for all my markers, I have a feeling it isn't that easy.

    Anybody able to clarify?
  3. Spyder Egrip

    24 July 2010 - 08:15 PM

    I've got a Spyder E-grip.

I got it used for 20 bucks, years ago... For a while I thought the solenoid didn't work, but after placing a shim behind it (two dimes), it tripped the sear. Problem is, however, that if it trips the sear while the gun is pressurized, it wont catch it again, and my gun will spray co2, and sound like a gatlin gun... Any ideas why?

Do I need a new solenoid?

    Thanks, CK
