Posts I've Made
20 January 2009 - 08:45 PMAfter reading chappy's response to their big games, I doubt I'll ever be at one of their games much less on their facilities.
06 November 2008 - 09:20 AMDepending on your hopper, you might be ok with the stock one. A friends halo fits snug in his but he doesn't take it out. I would get a barrel first. J&J's are cheaper and hold up. Special ops has the stiffi c-series for $60 which is a good deal for being a stiffi. A friend has one and it lowered his shot noise pretty noticibly and has great accuracy. I would then get a CP trigger next. Which kind all depends on what you like. CP also makes a good ASA which you might want to get before the trigger. The stock ASA is pretty annoying.
24 October 2008 - 10:57 AMI would still think of getting the ion first. It is balanced overall allowing you to play in the woods and speedball. I'm not saying the a5 can't but I think the ion is better in that perspective.
23 October 2008 - 03:43 PMNo they don't sponsor. They love having teams come up however they don't want to scare away any new players by sponsoring big teams. Kinda lame excuse but they are not in this for profit so they don't have the cash either. And after reading the review on Splatterpark, I'm never heading up there.
16 October 2008 - 08:31 PMI've used the a5 for four years now and it has held up really well. Compared to the ion however, I believe the ion has more versatility. I've used mine in speedball and the woods effectively without changing mods. Three fourths of my team uses up'd ions and none of us have complaints (besides from ion bashers). I would advise a carbon fiber barrel. A friend bought a Stiffi and it dropped the sound greatly, not to mention it has good accuracy.
a5rt15 hasn't added any friends yet.
