  2. not sure

    08 January 2009 - 04:16 PM

well, most of the time i play with people (outside of friends) is at hellsurvivors. eventualy i wanna try out speedball, but thats later down the road

im lookin at a "dagger" vest... or H gear, whatever you wanna call it

any idea how well those hold up? i want the dagger one cause i think it looks cooler than the rest and all.

is it bulky?? like, it dosent look bulky (but neither does the X7 in the ads you see)

im just wondering if this would be a practical thing to buy
  3. PMR questions...

    19 December 2008 - 11:13 AM

so i was showing my brother my PMR last night, and i set it on PSP mode and ripped about 10 shots outside, then it went "puff puff"... hmmm

so then i took it inside to take a look at it... it fired once more inside and didnt do anything, so i tured the reg screw all the way in, then back out 3 turns

when it comes out 3 turns, the solenoid leaks, so i turned it in 1 more turn, it fires like it should when you have air hooked up to it and only 2 turns on the screw

but when the marker is off, it dosent click like it used to when i would turn it on (without eyes)... when you pull the trigger, the solenoid dosent click...

... did i blow my solenoid?
  4. SL68 II questions

    30 October 2008 - 08:34 PM

well i just got a SL-68 II for my birthday... got it from a friend who saw how much i loved them after envying every player with one

(i almost said got a brand new SL-68 II... woulda felt like a moron there)

and ive got a few questions i figured you all would know the answer to

will it run on HPA? (ill proly run it on Co2... unless im playing a winter game or something)

about how many shots out of a 20 oz?

any idea on the bore size of the barrel? what paint has worked well for you in the past?

    i think thats about it

really lookin forward to using it sometime
  5. ball breakage

    20 October 2008 - 08:35 PM

alright, got my tippmann X7... works great all year, using nitro, JJ ceramic barell and fireball (hellsurivior's paint)... shot great over the summer, but yesterday it was about 40-50 degrees outside while we were playing and paint was breaking like mad. i think its because of the cold weather, but i want to just make sure.

the only other things i could think of would be velocity, but i got chronoed at TWC, and i use nitro, so i shouldent have THAT much of a difference should i? i mean it didnt look like i was shooting hot, but in a backyard with no chrono, thats all you can do is look

barrel was perfectly clean, because i kept cleaning it (even though its supposed to be self cleaning, which did work a few times)

the paint was about a month old

ball detent is in perfect order
