Topics I've Started
24 April 2010 - 06:06 PMSo Oklahoma D-Day is coming up, and i'm trying to decide what size camelbak water bladder would fit best into the velcro'd back plate slot of the dagger 7 vest.
What size do you guys use? i carry a 4500/72ci tank and will probably carry 4+2 pods
08 April 2010 - 07:00 PMHow much to paint my Tippmann a5 w/solid thru stock and x7 hopper into an omnipat scheme w/some parts still stock black?
ah, i see there is a sticky
should have read that first
15 February 2010 - 11:23 AMi've been looking into getting some kind of boots to go with my fusion 7's, up until now i've just been playing in sneakers, but they kinda stink for support and so on
anybody know of some good brands and where to get them?
excluding the obvious army surplus of course
12 February 2010 - 11:57 PMi was wondering if my order had shipped yet, or what was delaying it from shipping?
I ordered something else today and it's already shipped, while this order isn't showing that it's been shipped and it's been 5 days
03 July 2009 - 03:12 PMI just bought an A5A2 kit, and man is the install giving me trouble.
Here's the deal.
i think the lower half of the tombstone is not allowing the foregrip and macro line to go up the side of the marker to where they need to be...
Does anybody else have this problem? How is it supposed to look after i install it? Is it supposed to look kinda wrong? does anybody else's a5 get really scratched up?
here's some pics. Sorry for the poor quality. Camera phone
1st one is of the box. You can see that the top of the foregrip should come up to or slightly past the tippmann logo faceplate, and the macro line should run in the groove just below that and above the trigger
2nd pic is of my a5 with the tombstone removed and the macro line stuck in where it should be. The foregrip and macro line are where they should be, which makes me think something else is the problem
3rd pic is the gun with the tombstone installed and the macro line looping around inside the foregrip to come out. The foregrip will just not come up enough, so if the macro line is in place, it ends up wedged between the top of the foregrip and the marker.
If i move the macro line down, the foregrip doesn't come up anymore, and the macro line scratches the side of the tombstone ( on the outside of the marker that is) and it looks all janky
I've looked all over the place for a manual or something for this particular model of a5a2 kit, but there isn't one
