The funniest part of this awarding is that, Peace Prize nominations deadline was February 1 2009.

So he won it for being 13 days in office. ;)

And here i thought they couldnt stoop lower than giving it to Arafat, then to Al Gore, and to ElBaradei..... I was wrong again

Walks away mumbling about people thinking 3lb is heavy.... :(

It's not that it's heavy...like i said i rock brass Palmer's markers and Carters, they are the heaviest pumps you will find (the short n nasty weighs as much as a tippy but is only two 4" barrels) ...it's just that it is so huge and unwieldy with that tank. Pumps don't need something that big. It's overkill. Like putting a pinkio 300 round hopper on it too. XD

*waits for someone to post a pic of a phantom with a pinokio 300 and 92 ci tank*

45ci is huge? I dunno, its the same length as a comfortable stock, tucks quite nicely in the shoulder... only 3.5" diameter... Veteran pumpers, among my buddies, found it quite comfortable to play with... To each its own obviously...

Flint how can you shoot with such a large tank on a pump? That tank is HUGE. Like i could shoot PBs for a year off that tank and not need a refill til next summer. Grab a 13 ci or a 3.5 oz tank and watch the weight of that marker drop in half. So much nicer. XD Not that i like a light pump, mine are all brass or stainless steel, but dropping weight off the tank is a huge help.

After a steely that tank is tiny, as for the weight it is about equal to the Trracer (1.5lb), its like mega light(2lb)... very comfortable and nicely balanced actually... size bothering when snap shooting? not for me, im used to snap shoot with my BT Delta, so size is not a hindrance...
Is it overkill? yeah. (unless i strap a hopper and go all spastic  )
besides im putting back the 12 gram changer soon enough. (well when i get my 12 grams...)

You problem is probably the tank. Get a Ninja 13/3k, or really, anything that's not running a Myth reg. Yeah, Myths are tiny and cool, but the numbers show they're junk. Very inconsistent, among other problems. I'd run a Ninja or an I-reg, both available for CHEAP on ebay. Ninja's are $35 NIB from the manufacturer, and I-regs are $25 NIB due to the company not really doing much with them anymore.

Past that, to make your Trracer more consistent, try to find a tightbore barrel. J&J Might be willing to make one custom for you- they're cool like that sometimes. Or, put some electrical tape in the back of your barrel. Rollouts will kill consistency.

Had the same consistency issues using my old steely on it, so i doubt its the reg... besides im unconvinced that the ninja reg is better... yes im aware of the massive pbnation discussions on the topic, the numbers dont convince me of one of them being worse or better... the size wins for me for now... doesnt mean though that i wont consider changing at some point :)

J&J apparently have a Trracer thread barrel, something that i intend to look into in the future.
The electrical tape is already in, but ive been wondering if the piece should go round the inside, or just a small piece on the "bottom"?
