Topics I've Started

  1. WTB: UMS TRG

Like the title states, I'm looking to buy a TRG. :P
  2. P3 Pack by Extreme Stitchworks

    03 March 2010 - 09:18 PM

    P3 Pack = Primary Pistol Player's Pack.

Just got these custom packs in from Extreme Stitchworks (Special Ops Paintball, MOATI). About 10 of us got together for a group buy to cut down on costs. My friend Crimson and I sketched the idea up one lunch sitting in McDonalds back in the fall. Once we got the money collected, the turn around was pretty quick (little over a month, IIRC).

They turned out GREAT. Designed with the Tiberius line in mind. They hold 6 magazines, pod pack style, on the back, upside-down so they come out easy. Also holds 12 tubes, so with full 12 grams, you have basically your maximum amount of paint you can shoot. The dump pouch on the front holds 3-4 magazines full. It can also hold 10 or 8 round tubes.

    Now to the pics.

And the original sketch for comparison. They are basically exactly what we envisioned!

    Initial Impressions:

    9.8/10

Tenth of a point off for the waist size being a bit on the large size. Probably best for people with waist size 34 and up. Me being a 32, and a small one at that, the velcro flap on the front hangs over a bit, off the connecting velcro. I just need to cinch the elastic a little. Also my dump pouch is fine, but I think mine was the initial sample because all the others are a touch smaller. The others can only hold 3 mags, and they fit in a little snug, not so much "dump" as place them in.

Just had to get those two very minor details out of the way. Everything else looks amazing, feels amazing. Well constructed. Rubber on the inside back part to keep it from moving around. Best $47 I ever spent for paintball!

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Not changing a single thing. :P

I love it. Smooth pump stroke. Smooth sliding trigger. Points well, shoots great. <3
  5. FS: 68 Carbine, Spyder, Piranha SB, BSA Red Dots

    05 March 2009 - 01:18 AM

Cleaning out some extra gear, trying to make some spending cash...

Pics will be up on Saturday, this stuff is at home, I'm at school now, will be home for spring break this upcoming week.

    1. Tippmann 68 Carbine, $50 shipped OBO
    -Airs up and cycles fine
    -Overall in decent condition
    -CVX valve version
-will come with stock barrel (in poor condition) and stock Pro/Carbine barrel (in very good condition)
-can include a 14" olive J&J Ceramic for $30 more
-MISSING FEEDNECK, can purchase a new one for $8 here: Hopper Elbow - Plastic [68-Carbine] CA-E

    2. Spyder Lot, $55 shipped OBO
-Two old style Sonix bodies, one purple (hacked up and scratched a little) and one blue (some scratches in the recesses, previous owner thought it would be cool to etch lines in it... ?), slim striker
-Spare parts (I'll have to go through the stuff again, off the top of my head there's a few stock barrels, bolts, sears, etc)
-Two frames (one aftermarket plastic 45 single trigger, one stock double trigger but has some cracks)
    -Vertical ASA adapter
    -Spyder Rodeo reg and drop
-Overall enough parts to make almost two complete markers, more realistically one decent Spyder with plenty of spare parts to tinker with

    3. PMI Piranha SB, $55 shipped OBO
-From the "SNY" lot of ex-rentals, so it has SNY and a number etched on the barrel and grips
-Comes with beat up PMI wooden grips and plastic automag grips (I'm a lefty, the wooden grips don't feel right at all to me)
-Has a leak down the barrel, bought a new seal kit from Palmers but that didn't seem to fix it, I just don't have the time to mess with it anymore
-Drive spring is bent a bit due to one of the screws that holds the back bottle adapter on being too long. The screw has since been shortened so no more issue there, but the spring could stand to be replaced, it is shooting a bit slow
    -Includes valve tool from PPS
-Also includes some sort of "low-blow" backspin bolt in addition to the stock bolt

    4. BSA 30mm Red Dot Sights, $30 shipped each, $50 shipped for both, OBO
    -One silver, one black
-Batteries are dead in each, but will include dead batteries so you can match a replacement
-Both have stock black lens covers
    -Mount on .22 rail

I stress OBO again. I just want this stuff gone and I'd like to get it out by the end of next week when I go back to college. If you have a reasonable offer, I'll probably accept it. I won't accept offers until the pics are up because I don't want to mislead anyone or have anyone have misconceptions about what they are getting. But if you want to make an offer to get 'dibs', that's fine.

    Wants:
-Lapco Str8 Shot barrel for Tac 8
-Lapco mock suppressor tip for Str8 Shot
    -NcStar Micro Dot sight
    -Tiberius magazines
-Cash (Paypal or USPS MO work)
