Good Luck to all participants!
02 March 2008 - 05:24 PMI am just curious, I know there is training conducted at Oklahoma D-Day all week (leadership, sniper, etc). But there isn't a lot of training available dedicated to the woodsball player and/or team.
I know there is the Urban Warfare Center, and that is kind of the cream of the crop. Also there is the Elite Weekend which offers excellent training.
But is the average paintballer interested in advanced woodsball training? If your local woodsball field offered low cost, high quality training from individuals with years of paintball, law enforcement & military experience would you sign up? What if your woodsball team could attend a course targeted at improving your team's skill and with the woodsball team in mind?
A lot of teams like to think they already got it all going on, but could we swallow our ego and let someone teach us something that would make our team even better? I would hope my team could.
In speedball there are clinics going on all the time, but we don't have anything like that in woodsball outside of a few distance events that occur once a year.
24 January 2008 - 08:44 PMHey guys, just wanted to give a little recognition to MilSim Products [ www.milsimproducts.com ] for stepping up and helping out Team N.E.O.S.M.U.T. [ www.neosmut.com ].
We have renewed our sponsorship agreement with MilSim Products for 2008 and are really excited. The company is in a really massive growth phase and is adding all kinds of new MilSim / Woodsball related producsts (they are a specops dealer!) daily. If you get a chance, please take some time and check out the new website. If you don't see a product, it hasn't been added yet but a quick email to the company will get you some information/pricing or check back because new stuff is being populated to the site daily!
Again, I just wanted to thank MilSim Products for supporting us Woodsballer's and my team! SpecOps has done a great thing by revitalizing woodsball, but without these other companies like MilSim Products bringing in even more cool stuff it would be hard to maintain the Woodsball Revolution.
09 December 2007 - 09:30 PMIf you are in the Ohio / Western PA area (or anyone who wants to!) take a minute to register on www.clevelandpaintball.com ... The site has been completely re-designed to be more user friendly. It includes an integrated photo gallery & a great new Cleveland Paintball Auction site where you can sell your used gear!
This site has long been the best location for non-commercial paintball games in Cleveland. It has not expanded to include local woodsball & speedball teams. This is now the premiere paintball community in North East Ohio!
Fets25 hasn't added any friends yet.
